Since June 2024, Lira Public Library in partnership with ATC, Mass Projects Uganda and Airtel have been giving out free computer training to the general public of Lira City and beyond with a monthly enrollment.
This week, the Library passed out over 50 learners who were equipped with ICT skills in the month of June.
Through their instructor Mr Ôkwáñgá Òsçàr, the learners were urged to put the skills learnt into practice for a better future.
Very soon LIRA Public Library will pass another lot for July.
