Col. Edith Nakalema has ordered bus companies which over charged passengers especially students travelling upcountry in the last 3 days to refund the money.
Col Edith Nakalema who is the head of State House Anti Corruption Unit has given the directive and also instructed the RDCs to oversee the exercise since government eventually had to intervene to transport the students back home, following closure of schools the President in a bid to combat further spread of Covid-19.
