Lira City Education Office Dr. Jaspher Abura Dies in a Terrible Road Accident
In a shocking news, the Lira City Education Officer, Dr. Jasper Abura, tragically perished in a road accident in the early hours of Friday, September 27, 2024.
The accident occurred in Adwila, along the Lira-Soroti highway on thier way from Kampala City.
Accompanying Abura in the vehicle at the time of the accident were Deputy Town Clerk of Lira City West, Emmanuel Komakech, and the driver who both survived the crash but sustained injuries and are currently receiving treatment at the Lira Regional Referral Hospital.
