Ugandan ICT Minister graduates on 75th Makerere University Graduation
The State Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Hon. Baluku Godfrey Kabyanga, has graduated with a Master’s degree in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University.
Kabyanga was among thousands of students who received their degrees during the university’s 75th graduation ceremony, currently underway.
