WordCamp Lira 2025 is the 2nd WordCamp to take place in northern Uganda. WordCamp is an official event approved WordCamp Central.
What is a WordCamp?
WordCamp is a conference that focuses on everything WordPress. is a content management system (CMS) or publishing platform that is powering over 474 million websites (43%) in the world.
WordCamps are usually informal, community-organized events that are put together regular users.
Expected Participants
WordCamps are attended people from diverse backgrounds. IT specialists, website developers & designers, ICT teachers and students, bloggers, digital journalists, university students, writers etc.
Ticket:
Regular ticket is UGX 30,000 while student ticket is UGX 20,000
