Since the beginning of the 42 days lockdown set President Museveni, many schools have been seen in a sorry state as there is no any other hope of schools reopening.

Just in a few days after the end of the 42 days, Museveni relaxed other activities that had been locked and among others are Boda Boda operation, public transport, arcades and food markets and many more but schools were still put on hold as for the next 62 days.

Though government of Uganda is emphasizing on E-learning, many schools in the country still find it so hard as there is limited facilities that can help this modern learning activity to move on.

In Uganda, only less that 5 percent of the learning institutions are able to acquire the E-learning facilities and most of them are higher learning institutions leaving lower learning levels with a big question.
